Just in! Starmobile has announced a new smartphone that's designed with long battery life, entertainment, and security in mind on a budget – the Up Rave.

The Starmobile Up Rave sports a metallic looking frame and 5 inch HD IPS screen w/ 294 ppi. Under the hood, there's a 1.3 GHz MT6580 quad core chip paired with Mali 400 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of expandable ROM.
